Sometimes we doubt ourselves. It's part of being human. And oftentimes, that lack of confidence can cause feelings of anxiety and lack of focus. A yoga and meditation practice can help you find the grace to be at ease with your humanity and put you on the path to calm, clarity, and confidence.
